This application, "Fremil," does not directly collect any personal information from users. No account is required, and you are never asked for your name, email address, telephone number or location.
The app reads photos from your device, adds a frame and a caption made from what the camera recorded in the photo (Exif), and writes the finished picture to the "Pictures/FramedPhotos" folder on your device. All of this happens on the device. We operate no server of our own, and neither your photos nor anything read from them is ever sent to us or to any third party.
When you use the share button, the finished picture is handed to the app you select from Android's own share sheet. This happens only when you tap the button, and where the picture goes afterwards depends on the app you choose. A photo the app has saved can also be deleted from within the app; that removes the file from your device, and we hold no copy of it to restore.
We use a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob). For the purpose of delivering advertisements, the ad provider may collect device information and advertising identifiers.

Your photos, and anything read from them, are never used for advertising. You can reset or delete the advertising ID from "Settings" → "Google" → "Ads" on your device.
For users in these regions, we ask for your consent before personalized advertisements are delivered. You can review or change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings," which you will find on the Settings screen, reached with the gear icon at the top of the photo list.
The following are saved only on your device. We operate no server of our own, and none of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
Through Android's standard auto backup feature, the settings above (your editing settings, your photo list settings, and the theme and language) may be stored in the backup area of your Google account. This is an Android feature that carries your settings over when you change devices. The destination is your own Google account, and we cannot view its contents. You can enable or disable backup from your device's settings.
The list of camera and lens names, and the pictures held for sharing, are excluded from backup. Both are rebuilt from what is already on the device, and neither would mean anything on another one.
The app requests access to the photos on your device, in order to read the photo you are framing and to save the finished one, and an internet connection, used solely to display advertisements. The advertising SDK also declares the advertising ID permission. We never request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
This policy may be revised as laws change or as features are added to the app. When a significant change is made, it will be published here with an updated date.

写真および写真から読み取った情報を、広告のために利用することはありません。 広告 ID は、端末の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」からリセットまたは削除できます。
これらの地域のユーザーには、パーソナライズド広告の配信前に同意をお伺いします。 同意の内容は、写真一覧の上部にある歯車アイコンから開く設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」で、 いつでも確認・変更できます。
次の情報は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。 当方のサーバーは存在せず、これらが当方や第三者へ送信されることはありません。 アプリを削除すると同時に失われます。
Android の標準機能（自動バックアップ）により、上記のうち各種設定（加工の設定、写真一覧の設定、 テーマと言語）は、お使いの Google アカウントのバックアップ領域へ保存されることがあります。 これは端末を買い替えたときに設定を引き継ぐための Android の機能で、保存先はユーザーご自身の Google アカウントであり、当方がその内容を閲覧することはできません。 バックアップの有効・無効は端末の「設定」から変更できます。
カメラ名・レンズ名の一覧と、共有のために用意した画像の控えは、バックアップの対象から除外しています。 どちらも端末内の写真から作り直せるもので、別の端末へ持ち越しても意味がないためです。
本アプリが要求するのは、加工する写真を読み込み、加工後の写真を保存するための写真へのアクセスと、 広告の表示にのみ使うインターネット接続です。 あわせて、広告SDKが広告IDの権限を宣言します。 位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・マイクへのアクセス権限は一切要求しません。
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。
