This application, "Frecolla," does not directly collect any personal information from users. No account is required, and you are never asked for your name, email address, telephone number or location.
Frecolla is the app that was published as "Fremil" and "Photocolla": the two were brought together under one name, and each lives on as one of its two editors. If you installed either of them, this is the policy for the app you now have.
The app reads photos from your device. Choose one and it adds a frame and a caption made from what the camera recorded in the photo (Exif); choose two to nine and it lays them out as a single collage. The finished picture is written to the "Pictures/Fremil" or "Pictures/Photocolla" folder on your device, named after the editor that made it. Pictures saved by earlier versions stay in the folder they were saved to.
All of this happens on the device. We operate no server of our own, and neither your photos nor anything read from them is ever sent to us or to any third party.
The photograph you choose is only ever read. Everything the editor does — the frame, the caption, the crop, a quarter turn, the collage — is applied to a new picture, and nothing is written back to the original. The app does not ask for permission to alter or delete the photos in your library.
The one exception is a deletion you ask for. Holding a photo in the gallery shows it full screen with a delete button, which can remove any photo in your library, including ones the app did not make. On Android 11 and later the deletion is carried out by Android itself, whose own dialog asks you to confirm it; on Android 10 the app asks first. Nothing is removed without that confirmation. If you turn on the setting that moves deleted photos to the trash, the photo stays in the device's trash for about 30 days before it is gone; otherwise it is removed at once. Either way we hold no copy of it to restore.
The picture the app writes carries no Exif of its own. What the camera recorded is printed into the caption, where you can see it and choose which parts appear, and nothing else is copied across — so a picture you share does not quietly carry the original's metadata with it. The app never reads location data from a photo, and never prints any.
When you use the share button, the finished picture is handed to the app you select from Android's own share sheet. This happens only when you tap the button, and where the picture goes afterwards depends on the app you choose. A photo the app has saved can also be deleted from within the app; that removes the file from your device, and we hold no copy of it to restore.
A photo shared into Frecolla from another app opens straight in the editor. It is read through the access that app granted for that one picture, without the app asking to see your photo library at all.
The app contains no advertising and uses no advertising service. It does not collect or use an advertising ID. Your photos, and anything read from them, are never used for advertising.
The following are saved only on your device. We operate no server of our own, and none of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
Text you type into a caption is not among them. A title, a signature or a corrected camera name is drawn into the picture you export and is forgotten when you leave the editor. It is never written into the original photograph, and it is never saved anywhere else.
Through Android's standard auto backup feature, the settings above may be stored in the backup area of your Google account. This is an Android feature that carries your settings over when you change devices. The destination is your own Google account, and we cannot view its contents. You can enable or disable backup from your device's settings.
The list of camera and lens names, and the pictures held for sharing, are excluded from backup. Both are rebuilt from what is already on the device, and neither would mean anything on another one.
The app requests access to the photos on your device, in order to read the photos you are working on and to save the finished one. We never request an internet connection, nor access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
This policy may be revised as laws change or as features are added to the app. When a significant change is made, it will be published here with an updated date.

本アプリ「フレコラ（Frecolla）」は、ユーザーの個人情報を直接取得することはありません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの入力を求めることもありません。
フレコラは、「フレミル（Fremil）」と「フォトコラ（Photocolla）」として公開していた2つのアプリを ひとつにまとめたものです。それぞれは2つの編集画面として残っています。 どちらかをお使いだった方にとっても、本ポリシーが現在のアプリのものになります。
本アプリは、端末内の写真を読み取ります。1枚を選ぶとフレームと、写真に記録された撮影情報（Exif）から 作った文字を添え、2〜9枚を選ぶと1枚のコラージュに組みます。 仕上がった画像は、作った編集画面の名前をとって、端末内の「Pictures/Fremil」または 「Pictures/Photocolla」フォルダへ保存します。 以前のバージョンで保存した画像は、保存されたときのフォルダにそのまま残ります。
これらの処理はすべて端末の中で完結します。当方のサーバーは存在せず、 写真および写真から読み取った情報が、当方や第三者へ送信されることはありません。
選んだ写真そのものは、読み取るだけです。 フレーム、文字、切り抜き、90度の回転、コラージュ——編集画面が行うことはすべて新しい画像に対して行われ、 元の写真に書き戻されることはありません。 写真ライブラリを変更・削除するための権限を求めることもありません。
唯一の例外は、ご自身で指示した削除です。 ギャラリーで写真を長押しすると大きく表示され、そこから削除できます。アプリが作ったものに限らず、 ライブラリのどの写真も削除の対象になります。 Android 11 以降では削除は Android 自身が行い、その確認ダイアログでご本人の確認を得ます。Android 10 ではアプリが先に確認します。 確認なしに削除されることはありません。 設定で「削除した写真をゴミ箱に移す」をオンにしている場合は、端末のゴミ箱に約30日間残ってから消え、 オフの場合はその場で削除されます。いずれの場合も、当方には復元できる控えはありません。
書き出した画像には、Exif を残しません。 カメラが記録した内容は、目に見える文字として、どの項目を出すかをご自身で選んだうえで印字されます。 それ以外は引き継ぎません——共有した画像が、元の写真のメタデータを知らないうちに持ち出すことはありません。 なお、本アプリは写真から位置情報を読み取ることも、印字することも一切ありません。
共有ボタンを押すと、加工後の画像が Android の共有シートで選んだアプリへ渡されます。 これはボタンを押したときにのみ行われ、その後どこへ送られるかは選んだアプリしだいです。 保存済みの写真はアプリ内から削除することもできます。削除すると端末上のファイルは失われ、 当方には復元できる控えはありません。
他のアプリからフレコラへ共有された写真は、そのまま編集画面で開きます。 これはその1枚について共有元が渡したアクセス権で読み取るもので、 このとき写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスを求めることはありません。
本アプリには広告はなく、広告配信サービスも利用していません。広告識別子（広告ID）の取得や利用も行いません。 写真および写真から読み取った情報を、広告のために利用することはありません。
次の情報は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。 当方のサーバーは存在せず、これらが当方や第三者へ送信されることはありません。 アプリを削除すると同時に失われます。
文字として入力した内容は、ここに含まれません。 作品名・署名・打ち直したカメラ名などは、書き出す画像に描かれるだけで、編集画面を離れると失われます。 元の写真へ書き込まれることも、どこかに保存されることもありません。
Android の標準機能（自動バックアップ）により、上記の各種設定は、 お使いの Google アカウントのバックアップ領域へ保存されることがあります。 これは端末を買い替えたときに設定を引き継ぐための Android の機能で、保存先はユーザーご自身の Google アカウントであり、当方がその内容を閲覧することはできません。 バックアップの有効・無効は端末の「設定」から変更できます。
カメラ名・レンズ名の一覧と、共有のために用意した画像の控えは、バックアップの対象から除外しています。 どちらも端末内の写真から作り直せるもので、別の端末へ持ち越しても意味がないためです。
本アプリが要求するのは、加工する写真を読み込み、加工後の写真を保存するための写真へのアクセスのみです。 インターネット接続は要求しません。 位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・マイクへのアクセス権限は一切要求しません。
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加にともなって改定されることがあります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めたうえで掲載します。
